Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring quality standards are met across global sites while driving ongoing production improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This involves leading projects to explore and develop Sellpy's ad quality, monitoring quality targets, and collaborating with international production sites and their local quality teams.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for precision, and experience in analysing large sets of data and understanding complex business cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve ad quality.
  2. Monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  4. Refine internal tools and systems to support quality initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in analysing large data sets and complex business cases.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other data tools.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in e-commerce, product-focused startup, or commerce.
  • Experience in quality assurance in tech or production processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Postgres or BigQuery.
