About the Role

Gears Of Leo AB is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers.
  2. Monitor and Analyze System Performance: You will monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize system health, performance, and availability.
  3. Drive Performance Improvements: You will drive performance improvements by analyzing system metrics and implementing changes to optimize system performance.
  4. Contribute to Standards and Best Practices: You will contribute to the development of standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development, deployment, and operations.
  5. Stay Current with Industry Trends: You will stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the broader engineering organization.
Requirements
  1. Strong Technical Background: You will have a strong technical background with expertise in software development, including proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  2. Cloud Computing Experience: You will have experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: You will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: You will have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence technical decision-making.
  5. Good Understanding of Systems Architecture: You will have a good understanding of systems architecture.
  6. Experience with Monitoring Tools: You will have experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana.

  1. iGaming Industry Experience: Experience from the iGaming industry is meriting.
