Tietoevry Tech Services is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the planning, design, solution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver ServiceNow implementations across various client sites in the Nordic markets, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and acting as the primary point of contact for implementation work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to senior client leadership on IT and non-IT service management challenges, developing strategic solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
• Oversee the delivery roadmap, providing accurate estimates and timelines, and maintain solution integrity throughout the process, including managing scope, change requests, and reviewing technical design specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ServiceNow features, and third-party solutions to identify opportunities and impacts.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with good understanding of CSM and HR.
• Good knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation.
• Ability to create client-specific solutions leveraging industry best practices.
• Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively articulating technical decisions to business and technical partners.
• Fluency in Swedish and English language.
