About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Global Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Västerås, Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their electrical machine-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams to offer expertise in electrical and thermal design, ensuring customer needs are met while adhering to environmental conditions and internal design standards.
- Design and evaluate the electrical performance of machines during manufacturing and final testing, often in front of our customers.
- Empower our sales teams and customers by sharing your knowledge of electrical machine theory.
Requirements
- A Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on electrical power and rotating electrical machines, or equivalent.
- Strong personal leadership skills and a solid interest in technology.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; Swedish is considered a plus.
- An analytical mind and the ability to make sound decisions regarding technical solutions.
- A helpful and service-minded attitude when working with our sales team.
