Scheduling Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Planner to create and manage detailed project schedules for EMEA Pulp Service projects.

As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date project schedules. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing detailed project schedules
• Assisting project managers in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Identifying schedule risks and proposing mitigation plans
• Communicating schedule updates to stakeholders and providing reports as needed
