Grocery Store Manager

Finding a leader with the right skills and experience to manage our store operations is a top priority for foodora market. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store activities, staff, and results. Your mission will be to create an exceptional customer experience, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store appearance. You will also lead and plan day-to-day work involving staffing, scheduling, and coaching the team. Your major tasks will include

• Managing daily store operations, including receiving deliveries, picking orders, and monitoring inventory levels.
  
• Leading and planning day-to-day work involving staffing, scheduling, and coaching the team to thrive and perform at their best.
  
• Streamlining work practices and routines, ensuring store rules are followed and the store is well-maintained.
  
• Overseeing systematic work environment tasks, leading staff meetings, and conducting performance and salary discussions.
  

Key Qualifications:

• 
  
• Previous experience as a store manager or assistant store manager.
  
• Proven ability to work efficiently and teach colleagues to do the same.
  
• Relevant post-secondary education is considered a merit.
  
• Previous experience with food products is a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
