Overview

Kambi is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our business.

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective internal controls, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and updates to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement procedures for addressing compliance risks and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create improvement plans to address deviations and follow up on implementation.
  • Escalate material compliance risks to senior management.
  • Prepare quarterly reports on compliance matters for the Compliance Committee.
  • Provide advice on compliance-related topics.
  • Perform risk assessments in relevant areas and work with internal teams to develop a compliance plan to address weaknesses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant control-related professional experience within the gambling industry or other highly regulated sector.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage work with dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of independence, integrity, and excellent judgment.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
