We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Talent Attraction Team as an Employer Branding Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing awareness of Ericsson's brand and attracting top talent from Sweden's ICT/tech/software sector.

You will work closely with our university collaborations and partners to execute events, plan activities, and measure results. Your primary focus will be on Early Careers, where you will engage with internal activities to create a better experience for existing Ericsson employees.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in administration, project management, and relationship building. You will also contribute to inspiring children and young adults to pursue higher education within STEM fields.

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Execute events and activities to promote Ericsson's brand and values.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve talent attraction goals.

Requirements:

A strong background in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in event planning and execution, with excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. A strong understanding of the Swedish school system.
