Senior Quality Manager Position

We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join our team and lead our quality initiatives. As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a successful global team and managing all quality-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in a Quality leadership position and a university degree in engineering or equivalent. They should also have a strong understanding of production and product development and be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The Senior Quality Manager will collaborate closely with the technical team at Rusta´s headquarter, global sourcing offices, global suppliers, and product development teams to maintain high levels of quality in all our products and deliver low prices for our customers.

In this role, you will drive continuous improvements in products, material development, and ways of working and lead and coach the global quality team to develop competence and work together.

  • Monitor, interpret, and implement requirements in upcoming legislations and regulations.
  • Manage the company's producer responsibility, including reporting & documentation.
  • Communicate with relevant authorities in relevant countries.
  • Drive continuous improvements in products, material development, and ways of working.
  • Lead and coach the global quality team to develop competence and work together.
  • Accountability for cost budget and efficient resource planning.
  • Be an active member of sourcing management and work together.
