In this role as Lead ERM Specialist, you will support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in executing key priorities for the year, including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have experience in conducting functional and divisional risk workshops, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and supporting compliance work with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in conducting functional and divisional risk workshops and preparing audit committee/EMT reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Support compliance work with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture.
- Contribute to risk framework development activities.
- Support the Operational resilience agenda for ERM by enhancing the BCM and Crisis management framework for the group.
- Assist in organizing risk management training and awareness programs.
Requirements
- Masters education preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- 5+ years of risk management and operational resilience experience.
- Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., CRISC, FRM) are a plus.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
