About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pantry Cook to join our culinary team at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in Stockholm. As a Pantry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and arranging cold dishes, maintaining a clean and organized pantry area, and assisting in the preparation of ingredients for hot dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and arrange cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pantry area.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for hot dishes as needed.
  • Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during banquets and events.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a pantry cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
