About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in security risk management and crisis management. As a BU Security Manager, you will work closely with Business Units to analyze and mitigate risks, identify and prevent security threats, and support the business in handling external and internal security demands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will also be able to build and maintain relationships within and outside the organization.

If you have a university degree or equivalent competence in security risk management and/or crisis management, and several years of experience in working with similar fields, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and support Business Units in their risk mitigations and identify and prevent security threats
  • Support the business by handling external and internal security demands and incident management
  • Lead and/or support the implementation of efficient security risk management practices

Your Profile:

  • University degree or equivalent competence in security risk management and/or crisis management
  • Several years of experience in working with security risk management, crisis management, and/or similar
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
