About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Platform Management Group Manager to join our Electromobility organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project plans and development strategies for the battery pack HW platform, managing product documentation and release, and working closely with other functions in ESE and Complete Propulsion System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans and development strategies for the battery pack HW platform
  • Manage product documentation and release
  • Collaborate with other functions in ESE and Complete Propulsion System
  • Drive innovation and improvement in HW platform management
  • Optimize efficiency of existing processes and set new structures for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • MSc degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Experience of line managerial role (leading people level) in international environment, proven track record of building diverse teams and turning them into great ones
  • Solid understanding and experience of automotive development processes
  • Solid experience and understanding of Energy Storage - extensive experience of battery pack and component development
  • Proven track record in driving project excellence, with experience in overseeing complex initiatives from concept to completion
