About the Role

About the Team

Our Analytics team is a dynamic group of professionals who combine technical and statistical skills with business acumen to drive change at Storytel. We work closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making.

About the Job

As a Data Analyst at Storytel, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data visualization and reporting to statistical modeling and machine learning. You'll be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient data analysis from start to finish, including problem articulation, data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners across domains, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data & analytics engineers to develop and maintain data products that drive business value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new skills and knowledge to improve data literacy and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in structuring and solving complex problems using data and technology (BI/Analytics/Data Engineering).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in analyzing and visualizing data, as well as developing analytics solutions/data products using modern analytics platforms/visualization tools.
