The Launch Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful introduction of new products and releases. This position requires a deep understanding of stakeholder needs, effective risk assessment, and ownership of the entire launch process.

The Launch Manager acts as the linchpin between various departments, ensuring that requirements are met, information flows seamlessly, and all teams and tools are ready to handle the introduction of a new product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and fulfill launch requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate launch-related risks, and lead internal and external communication strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive training materials and user documentation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project management skills with a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strong risk management skills, with the ability to see the big picture and identify key people and actions needed for a successful launch.
  • Experience in data mapping and data analysis, including knowledge of data governance practices.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
