Job Title: Junior Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing learning programs, building client loyalty, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement learning programs and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Work with clients to define clear KPIs and deliverables.
  • Monitor KPIs and report to clients on the success of learning programs.
  • Administer the launch of clients' employees onto our learning platform.
  • Identify and resolve problems rapidly with creative solutions.
  • Provide project management skills to sales teams during tenders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and programs.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a strong academic record.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Client service mindset with a passion for client success and satisfaction.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and manage multiple internal and external requests.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover stories behind the data.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with other languages being a bonus.
  • Passion for learning and self-development.
