We are seeking a highly organized and customer-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing learning programs, building client loyalty, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement learning programs and build strong relationships with clients.
- Work with clients to define clear KPIs and deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and report to clients on the success of learning programs.
- Administer the launch of clients' employees onto our learning platform.
- Identify and resolve problems rapidly with creative solutions.
- Provide project management skills to sales teams during tenders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and programs.
- University graduate with a strong academic record.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Client service mindset with a passion for client success and satisfaction.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and manage multiple internal and external requests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover stories behind the data.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with other languages being a bonus.
- Passion for learning and self-development.
