About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles. Your primary objective will be to foster a collaborative and productive environment, where team members can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8-10 engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in software development.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources to overcome obstacles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

About You

Requirements
