Chief Demonstration and Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Chief Demonstration and Test Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and conducting compelling demonstrations and field tests of new concepts and future product candidates. You will analyze military operational needs and identify how our solutions can effectively address them.
Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will develop and deliver clear and concise presentations and reports to both internal and external stakeholders. You will lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and explore potential solutions. Strong project management skills are essential, as you will oversee budgets and timelines to ensure efficient execution. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices, particularly for unmanned operations.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable not knowing the answer and is eager to learn and grow with our team. You should have proven experience with testing different military materiel systems, hands-on experience piloting and handling drones, and a strong understanding of military operations and the challenges faced by armed forces. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are also essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and speak and write English fluently.
