Job Title: HSE Director for Husqvarna Group

Welcome to Husqvarna, a global leader in innovation and manufacturing. We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Director to join our team and drive the development of our health, safety, and environmental policies across all locations in Sweden.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

1. Designing and implementing standardized health, safety, and environmental policies across all locations in Sweden.\
2. Conducting regular site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with national regulations and internal guidelines.\
3. Proactively identifying potential hazards and introducing tailored preventive measures.\
4. Organizing and overseeing customized safety training programs for each site.\
5. Investigating risk observations and near-misses thoroughly.\
6. Preparing detailed reports and actionable plans to prevent recurrence.\
7. Staying current with health, safety, and environmental regulations.\
8. Monitoring inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities.\
9. Tracking incident reports and managing workplace environment statistics.

As a member of the management team for the Shared Service Center Sweden, you will partner closely with HR People Partners on strategic workplace initiatives and collaborate with external authorities to ensure full legal compliance.
