Job Overview

An experienced Microsoft Dynamics Application Specialist is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on problem-solving, collaboration, and effective communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
  • Bespoke Business Solutions: Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages to create custom business solutions.
  • Streamlined Processes: Implement DevOps practices connected to Agile methodologies to optimize development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • CRM Expertise: Provide expert guidance on CRM challenges, collaborating closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborative Environment: Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to SAFe best practices.
  • User Enablement: Offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Jira tools, and practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 tools and their applications.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant.
  • Scrum Master Certification or SAFe Agilist Certification.
