Expertise in Melanoma Biology and Treatment

Our team is looking for a dedicated Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in melanoma biology and treatment to contribute to our research group.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work on identifying the predictive capacity of extracellular vesicle-associated biomarkers in melanoma patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors and potential impact from radiotherapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform proteomic profiling of EVs from sequentially collected clinical liquid biopsies from melanoma patients.
  • Analyze findings to relate them to clinical outcome following treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
  • Conduct proteomic profiling of plasma using oncology-immunology panels and screen for circulating ctDNA.
Qualifications:

Applicants must have obtained a doctorate or equivalent degree. A strong background in tumor biology and experience with tumor biomarkers in liquid biopsies, including EV-associated biomarkers, is required.
