This position is ideal for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-minded environment. The Finance Manager will work independently, collaborating with the HQ Global Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing daily journal entries and requesting review
  • Reviewing Groupware documents (RFAs, RFPs, proposals) and agreeing/approving them
  • Managing daily cash balance and reconciling bank statements with cash reports
  • Managing and reporting weekly payment plans
  • Responsible for general accounting administration: financial reporting, inventory accounting, etc.
  • Preparing journal entries for month-end closing
  • Reviewing sales reports and issuing sales invoices to wholesalers on a monthly basis
  • Operating the inventory module (inputting sales orders and purchase orders)
  • Preparing notices to return to distribute to related departments, preparing journal entries, TB, and other supporting documents for quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements
  • Preparing TB, GLs, and supporting documents for yearly local statutory financial statements and yearly CIT returns
  • Reviewing and responding to auditors for external audits for returning yearly audited financial statements
