In this role as Head of Innovation & Development, you will lead a team of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will be responsible for driving strategic development projects and taking ownership of the Customer Offer and Development agenda. Your work will involve planning, coordinating and implementing the development of new customer offers and support for stores.

Your team will consist of nine colleagues and include Strategic Project Managers, Store Developers and Architects.
