The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for developing products from sketch handover to pre-production sample (PPS) sign-off for our apparel collection.

You will report to the Head of Product Development and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality prototypes, samples, and PPS on time and within target margins.
  • Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams and meet key milestones.
  • Ensure developed products meet customer, brand, and business expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Design team as a technical partner, attending fittings and reviews to ensure optimal quality and fit.
  • Negotiate costs, lead times, and technical aspects with manufacturers to uphold the design vision.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the production process, offering recommendations for quality, pricing, and margin optimization.
  • Accurately enter data into our PLM system throughout the development process.
  • Deliver products in line with TOTEME's sustainability standards and values, ensuring relevant product data is accessible and updated for the sustainability team.
