Hagmans Nordic AB is a leading company in the field of surface protection and treatment. We develop, produce, and sell products for surface protection and treatment to our own and our customers' brands. Our portfolio includes products for floors, roofs, decorative paint, and wood care, as well as cleaning, rust protection, spackling, vehicle care, and spray paint.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT System Manager to join our team at Hagmans Nordic AB. As an IT System Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our business systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will work closely with our business teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that support our business goals.

• Implement and maintain our business systems, including Business Central, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage and optimize the system to meet the needs of our business.
• Lead and develop the work in Business Central to maximize the system's potential.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and implement solutions that support our business goals.
• Procure, plan, and execute the implementation process from a strategic perspective, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the system and integrations after implementation and ensure that the system functions optimally according to the needs of our business and the board.
• Lead, prioritize, and execute development in Business Central after the implementation of the system by the management organization.
• Ensure that the knowledge level within the organization in the system is sufficient for employees to perform their work correctly.

• Formal education: A higher education degree in a field such as information technology, computer science, system science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Several years of experience in industrial systems, such as BC, IFS, SCADA, ERP systems, and production management systems.

• System administration: Experience in managing and administering operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), networks, databases, and applications.
• Safety: Understanding of IT security, including firewalls, VPNs, antivirus software, and security policies.
• Cloud services: Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deeper knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Good knowledge of project management and system development.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
