To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Engineering or Supply Chain degree preferably within specialization in logistics.
- Relevant work experience in commodity planning, procurement, production, and sales of fast-moving consumer goods.
- Ability to learn on the fly and understand new processes and flows quickly.
- Flexible approach and being comfortable with changes.
- Good communication skills and ability to easily build relationships at various levels within and outside the organization.
- Fluency in English in speech and writing, fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
