German Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Germany as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the German market by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and lead generation in the German market
- Client outreach and relationship-building with HR managers and CEOs
- Developing and delivering engaging product demonstrations
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Setting and achieving personal sales targets with ongoing support and guidance
- Driving market expansion and growth for our client's HR-tech solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native German language skills, Swedish language skills, and excellent English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
