We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC sales professional to take on the role of Sales Lead for our Nordic region.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead sales for our channel by executing the York distribution sales strategy in alignment with regional sales and distribution managers. You will be responsible for driving sales throughout this region to maximize market share, revenue, and profit while ensuring sustainable growth for both our York distribution channel partners and the JCI Applied Indirect business unit.

  • Developing, supporting, and maintaining trusting relationships with existing York channel partners (distributors, mid-market contractors, HVAC installers, and consultants) to achieve or exceed goals, while also identifying and prospecting new channel partners to maximize territory sales and service coverage.
  • Assisting channel partners with product knowledge, design base, and pricing (including reviewing drawings, plans, schedules, and engineering specifications to develop cost estimates), as well as sales and product coaching and training.
  • Promoting the Johnson Controls & York value proposition by providing business and technical solutions, ensuring channel partners and their key consultants are engaged, and driving growth in the basis-of-design.
  • Championing customer needs by identifying and analyzing market opportunities, conducting competitive product research, and coordinating requirements with other organizational disciplines.
Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and reporting actual business sales volumes for various product lines and accounts as requested.
  • Executing the sales process and maintaining sales discipline to achieve sales excellence.
