Competences

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to join our Importer Service Market team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Competence Framework for technicians employed by our importers in Marine and Industrial fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for technicians.
  • Maintain and update training materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective implementation of training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical education and relevant work experience, as well as excellent communication or teaching skills. Knowledge of engines, drives, EVC systems, transmission engineering, and workshop experience is essential.

Main Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with French and/or Arabic language skills beneficial.
