Responsibilities
  1. Develop key account relationships by delivering exceptional service, responding promptly to client inquiries, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

  2. Engage with diverse stakeholders across various disciplines, including healthcare providers, hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and internal teams.

  3. Conduct market research to stay abreast of emerging trends, competitor activity, and shifts in the market landscape.

  4. Travel extensively to engage with existing and potential clients, collaborate with regional sales teams, and drive business development initiatives.

  5. Deliver presentations, provide product demonstrations, and train internal stakeholders to optimize product understanding and adoption.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical device or life sciences company.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for process improvement.

  • Native-level fluency in Swedish and high proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Valid driver's license, ability to travel frequently, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
