Job Title: Credit Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Investment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our funding team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, assessing, and executing credit investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deal Sourcing: Proactively source and evaluate potential credit investments, focusing on businesses with high growth potential and strong financial fundamentals.
  2. Pipeline Management: Ensure that no business opportunities are lost and that all potential deals are handled in a structured and methodical manner.
  3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, growing sectors, and competitive landscapes.
  4. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business founders and executives.
  5. Deal Structuring & Investment Evaluation: Work closely with Credit Investment Analysts to negotiate with new business clients and structure deals that support their growth objectives.
  6. Portfolio Management: Support the ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio companies.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Audit, Consulting, Venture Capital, or a relevant field.
  3. Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
  4. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  5. Exceptional financial analysis and due diligence skills.
  6. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  7. Excellent command of both Swedish and English in all forms of communication.
  8. A strong, well-established network within the financial sector.
