Your Role and Responsibilities
You will take on a dual role as an Engineering Manager and Senior Advisor, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members. As a consultant, you will apply your technical expertise to enhance client projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure optimal task allocation.
- Collaborate with the business area director to develop and implement new procedures.
- Gain insight into financial aspects and contribute to informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A skilled leader who can foster independence and teamwork within their team. They will facilitate problem-solving through mentoring and coaching.
Key Qualifications
- A strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in modern game engines.
- Ideally, a track record of contributing to the development and publication of multiple games.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
