Strategic Purchaser

We are seeking a strategic Purchaser to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will be responsible for driving large-scale procurement initiatives, building trustful relations with business partners, and securing the best buy for Ingka Group.

• Drive large-scale procurement initiatives on Global and Country level, including supplier selections, commercial negotiations, implementation, and building supplier relationships.
• Build trustful relations with business partners and continuously seek improvements and develop the business.
• Secure governance of strategic supplier relationships, challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance, secure compliance, and ensure that suppliers are complying with our sustainability directives and IKEA code of conduct.
