Job Description:
The Head of Pre-Sales and Projects role at Sandvik requires a highly skilled and experienced leader. You will be responsible for overseeing a global team of experts in tool management process and software project management. Your mission is to bridge the gap between sales and technical execution by developing and implementing strategic plans to drive project success.

About the Role:
You will ensure proposed solutions are feasible, compliant with best practices, cost-effective, and aligned with customer goals and existing systems. You will also lead software implementation projects to deliver efficient and effective solutions, achieving customer satisfaction and project success.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive project success.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
  4. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation plans.
  5. Monitor and report on operational performance.

About You:
We're looking for someone with several years' experience in business process management, project management or customer success management. You have business acumen and a good understanding of relevant business processes and software solution architecture.
