At TN Sweden, we believe that gaining practical experience in recruitment is crucial for developing skills in this field. That's why we are seeking a Talent Sourcer who can work with identifying qualified candidates for our various roles.

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues in the TA-team and handling a range of tasks, including actively searching for and identifying candidates through internal databases and other recruitment channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their studies in personnel economics or similar and wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

• Actively searches for and identifies candidates through internal databases and other recruitment channels
• Reviews CVs and conducts first telephone interviews
• Creates and publishes ads
• Handles administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, and enjoys working in a high-tempo environment where collaboration and initiative are highly valued.

• Studies personnel economics, labor market knowledge, economy or similar
• In the beginning of your studies and can work office hours
• Has experience in service, administration or customer service
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Enjoys working independently and in teams
• Likes talking on the phone and handling people
