Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team staffing and recruitment, capacity planning, onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating promotions.
  • Collaborate with tech and product leadership to ensure your team has the right tools, skills, and processes.
  • Facilitate discussions, encourage embracing change, and foster open communication to resolve conflicts.
