Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Belmont Lavan. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in supporting two scrum teams developing Libraries and Support tools for Automation software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team's ceremonies (Retro, Review, Planning, and Daily) to increase the quality of the output and push for more automatic test procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact with line managers and stakeholders, highlighting dependencies, removing obstacles, and keeping the team moving.
- Support the program in preparing the Product Increment (PI) event every quarter and contribute to the entire program's success.
- Collaborate with other scrum masters to drive continuous program improvement in terms of productivity and delivery.
Requirements:
- Education as Software or Science engineer.
- Scrum Master experience in a Software context.
- Knowledge of continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Developer experience in a software environment.
- Experience with Automatic test.
- Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Experience in writing end-to-end tests.
Working Arrangements:
- Bring your own device.
- 40 hours per week.
- Maximum 1-2 remote work days possible.
