Vattenfall AB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arbetsmiljöspecialist to join our team in Uppsala or Stockholm. As an Arbetsmiljöspecialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for workplace safety and health.
• Lead the development of instructions and overarching guidance on workplace safety and health.
• Inform, communicate, and educate Vattenfall Värme and other stakeholders on workplace safety and health.
• Report and analyze statistics, and actively propose improvements based on our strategic goals.
• Drive development and change management of culture, processes, and tools related to workplace safety and health.
• Support managers and departments with compliance and monitoring of workplace safety and health.
• Provide expert support for government contacts and participation in inspections.
• Support procurement with requirements and inspections related to workplace safety and health.
• Participate in external and internal audits.

• Academic education or equivalent relevant education in workplace safety and health, or several years of work experience in systematic workplace safety and health work, preferably with both a strategic and operational focus.
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001, preferably also ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Experience of risk analyses and root cause investigations.
• Thorough knowledge of workplace safety and health legislation.
• Preferably experience working in a process industry.

• Good ability to collaborate with others.
• Communicative and able to inspire others with your engagement for workplace safety and health issues.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
