About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, building product knowledge, and developing fundamental sales skills. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and you'll be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- A native level of Finnish and fluency in English
- A BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 12 months of professional sales experience involving researching, prospecting, cold-calling, and consistent achievement of quota attainment
- Adaptable, resilient, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to succeed
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
