The program aims to optimize operations and protect what matters most – people and assets. As a Platform Architect focusing on ERP, you will be part of the North Star Program Architecture team responsible for enabling successful program delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of the ERP architecture, working closely with teams and individuals.
  • Target Architecture Definition: Create a clear and well-defined target architecture for the ERP domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and implementability.
  • Architecture Roadmap Maintenance: Regularly update the architecture roadmap to ensure alignment with the target architecture and business priorities.
  • Architectural Activity Leadership: Lead architecture-related activities in the ERP domain, making key decisions and providing expert technology guidance.
  • Domain Expertise Provision: Offer expertise for business plans, roadmaps, feasibility studies, and design workshops, guiding strategic planning and solution design.
  • Architecture Standard Establishment: Create, maintain, and implement architecture standards and reference architectures, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Project Architecture Shaping: Your architectural designs will lead projects or change initiatives, ensuring they adhere to standards and meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Solution Design Governance Oversight: Ensure that the solutions being developed conform to the architecture and meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Architecture Assessment Participation: Participate in architecture assessments and reviews, ensuring the highest quality of technology solutions.
  • Technology Life Cycle Management: Be involved in managing the life cycle of technology and solutions within the ERP domain.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Platform Architect with 10+ years of working experience within Architecture and the broader IT industry. You should have 5+ years of relevant & documented experience of Domain Architecture responsibility, as well as experience of driving change, leading an architecture roadmap, and collaborating across company functions.

You should also have Oracle ERP experience, knowledge of Enterprise Architecture framework like TOGAF, and English language proficiency to business standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent strategic thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills, who can work pragmatically and persistently with a positive and open approach.

Working Conditions

This role is open for Europe-based candidates, focusing on those located in Sweden, France, Germany, or Poland.

As a hybrid worker, you will travel across European countries approximately once a month.
