About the Position

We are seeking a talented Cloud Security Consultant to join our team at True Software Scandinavia AB. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud security, with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced security architectures and solutions, as well as collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.

You will also be responsible for vulnerability management, advocating for a zero-trust approach across our digital environments, and providing expert advice on security matters to leadership and project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure cloud architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis
  • Implement security controls and measures to mitigate risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Several years of experience in a senior engineering role focused on security
  • Proven expertise in cloud security, preferably in GCP
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DevSecOps and its practical application in CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, Scala, and Go
  • Leadership and mentorship experience
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
