Talent Acquisition Team

As a fast-growing company, we need talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales to help us find exceptional sales talent. You will work closely with our hiring managers to develop a robust hiring roadmap, streamline processes, and train interviewers to ensure our team is equipped for success.

About the Job

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our hiring managers, providing strategic guidance, and driving the recruitment process forward. Your focus will be on finding the best sales talent, crafting compelling job descriptions, and designing engaging interview experiences that showcase the best of what we offer.

Your Key Objectives

  1. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with our hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, informing your recruitment strategy.
  2. Design and Execute Hiring Plans: Develop tailored hiring plans for each role, considering factors such as market trends, candidate pool, and competition.
  3. Enhance Candidate Experience: Implement initiatives to improve the candidate journey, ensuring that every candidate has an exceptional interview experience.
  4. Measure and Optimize Performance: Analyze key metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
