Senior Account Manager for Digital Marketplace

As an experienced Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals within a large territory. You'll work closely with our clients' Directors and C-level executives, guiding them through complex sales cycles, crafting tailored value propositions, and showcasing the transformative power of our Workforce-as-a-Service innovation.

Responsibilities include:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through structured sales activities such as calls, visits, mailings, client events, and networking.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with the branches and management, regularly exchange information, and align your activities with the company's objectives.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay one step ahead by keeping an eye on the industry, attending relevant events, and continuously staying updated on changes and innovations.
  • Implementing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement targeted, creative, and effective acquisition strategies to ensure sustainable success in gaining new clients.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential new clients confidently and successfully close contracts.
