Overview

  • Cramo AB - Solna is a leading provider of equipment rental solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Fleet Master Data.

This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation across our systems. As the bridge between various departments, you will be responsible for increasing the quality of fleet master data and streamlining processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Fleet Master Data strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals.
  • Oversee the collection, maintenance, and optimization of master data related to fleet operations.
  • Monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of data processes.
  • Streamline data sharing processes between business areas.
  • Lead and participate in group-wide projects related to fleet master data and data management tools.
  • Collaborate across functions to enhance process improvements and cooperation.
  • Ensure ERP systems and related tools are consistently updated with accurate fleet master data.
  • Drive innovation through initiatives like automation, AI integration, and standardization.

About You:

  • You have a genuine interest in using technology to optimize operational processes.
  • A strong drive to develop and implement improved systems and processes while inspiring and leading a dedicated team.

Your Experience:

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and structured, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in navigating change and fostering collaboration across different business units.
  • Solid experience in master data management and product information management, preferably in the rental or logistics sector.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams during transformation phases.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), EDI, and other digital tools, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
