Deposition Expert

Silex Microsystems AB, a leading provider of pure-play MEMS foundry solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to drive progress in the Plasma Deposition area.

As a Process Engineer, you will lead the development and maintenance of deposition processes, ensuring they meet customer specifications.

You will work closely with operators and service technicians to create work routines, solve problems, and drive improvement projects to enhance our workflow and processes at the Plasma Deposition area.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop, maintain, and improve deposition processes to meet customer requirements.
2. Establish and maintain routines and documentation to ensure seamless production.
3. Collaborate with process integration engineers to handle stopped production batches and development material.
4. Support the creation and improvement of the infrastructure for operator training and ensure current routine is available and up to date.
5. Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release them for production.
6. Assist in the startup of new products, reviewing specifications and process flows.
7. Take ownership of area equipment, improving tool uptime, maintaining, and developing new standardized process modules.
