Job Summary
We seek an experienced Professional to lead our Biologics and Injectables technical platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of biologics manufacturing platforms, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
The Senior Biologics and Injectables Technology Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of biologics and injectables technical strategies to support product pipeline and future ambitions.
- Collaborating with the wider MS&T LT and MS&T site teams to ensure necessary technical capabilities are in place to meet evolving business needs.
- Serving as a member of the MS&T Leadership Team and operating at an enterprise level on behalf of the MS&T organization.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess a BSc, MSc or PhD in a related scientific discipline such as chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology. A minimum 8-10 years of experience in process development, implementation and/or leading technical teams across multiple geographical areas is also required. Strong knowledge of biologics manufacturing platforms and technology evolutions, as well as excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills, are essential. Ability to perform within a dynamic and stressful environment is a must.
