About the Role

We are seeking a proactive business analyst to join our team within SEB Life & Pension. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our implementation of a new insurance administrating core system ensuring that we have an aligned customer output process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage XML output and streamline the integration of new products into new and existing output flows.
  • Analyze XML output regarding business usage and customer output.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, projects, and IT developers.
  • Document and oversee release changes that affect output flow to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support migration adjustments and ensure effective customer output.
To Thrive in This Role
  • You have proven experience as a business analyst in the insurance or financial sector.
  • You possess strong knowledge of XML and insurance-related processes.
  • You have experience with release management, system migrations, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • You have a technical and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills (English).
  • If you have worked with Lumera as a core insurance administration system, it is highly relevant.
