Restaurant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Quality Hotel Grand in Borås. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests and leading a team of professionals to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the restaurant with a focus on delivering high-quality food and beverage service to our guests.
• Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
