We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our agile development team, working on software solutions for critical care in the Nordic countries.

As an important link between developers and customers, your mission is to understand end-user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

You will investigate and analyze needs, detail requirements, and design solutions for software used in vulnerable hospital areas.

Your opportunity includes following an initiative from pre-study to development and implementation at customer premises.

You will contribute to meaningful work that helps improve and digitize healthcare processes.

• More than 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirement analysis, product design, or similar fields.
• Excellent knowledge of how business needs can be translated into software requirements.
• Strong ability to collaborate with product owners, architects, system developers, and UX designers.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (speech and writing).
