As a key member of the Dow Jones team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of the relationship with a defined set of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager on high-risk renewal accounts and proposed strategies for turnaround.
  • Collaborate with the Product Training Specialist team to ensure customers receive adequate training and product utilization.
  • Oversee the renewal lifecycle, including pricing, contracting, invoicing, and client support.
  • Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer ROI with Dow Jones.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, including their business groups, industry, competitors, and current needs.
  • Act as a client conduit for feedback and competitive intelligence to Dow Jones Product, Content & Marketing.
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts and work with the sales team to pursue these opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records within our systems.

Required Experience:

3+ years in customer engagement or sales.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Fluency in Swedish or other Scandinavian languages is preferred.
